This class can query MySQL database tables.

It can establish connections to a given MySQL database server, escape text literal text values to be used in queries, execute SQL queries, get the query results into an array, return the number of affected rows, get the last inserted table record identifier value, and generate MD5 hashes of given values with a salt value multiple times.
