The $email_regular_expression should be changed (simplified) cause more and more IGN domains comes on the horizon.
And so more and more regular emails will be not validated with the ValidateEmailAddress function.

The idea of that variable is that you can change it to adapt to top level domain name length that may evolve over time. So, just change it to fit your needs.
